Vinification: Long vatting time from 3 to 4 weeks for an optimized extraction.
Maturing in vats.
Close to 12 months in French Merrain oak barrels.
Crimson and brilliant robe. The nose is being developed in its youth by “grapy” aromas, embellished of a delicate oakyness.
The mouth presents a beautiful substance with ripe tannins, without aggressiveness.
Charming, this wine is refined and ample, with generous fruity tasting.
